How London Taekwondo Panthers collects, uses and protects your personal information.
1. Who we are
This website, londontkdpanthers.co.uk, is run by London Taekwondo Panthers Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16159533). We run Taekwondo and children's martial arts classes at St Andrew's Church, Whitehall Park, London, N19 3TN.

2. Information we collect
We only collect the information we need to run the club and respond to you:
- Free trial bookings: the parent or guardian's name, email address and phone number, and your child's name, age and any details you choose to share (for example medical or additional needs).
- Messages you send us: anything you share when you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram.
- Website usage: if you accept cookies, limited technical information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and how you arrived on the site.
3. How we use your information
- To arrange and confirm your free trial class and follow up afterwards.
- To answer your questions and keep in touch about classes, gradings and club news you have asked to hear about.
- To keep students safe, including knowing about relevant medical information during classes.
- To understand how people find our website and how well our advertising works, if you have accepted cookies.
We never sell your personal information.
4. Our lawful basis
Under UK GDPR we rely on consent for advertising cookies and for any marketing messages, contract (or steps before entering one) when you book a trial or join the club, and our legitimate interests in running a safe, well-organised club and replying to enquiries. Where you share health information about a child, we process it to protect their safety in class.
5. Children's information
Our students are aged 4 to 17. Trial bookings and enquiries should be made by a parent or guardian, who provides any information about the child. We only use children's information to run classes safely and keep parents informed.
6. Third parties we use
We use a small number of trusted services to run the website and the club. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy:
- Netlify hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes basic server logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages securely. Netlify privacy policy
- DojoExpert provides our free trial booking form. Details you enter in the form are sent directly to DojoExpert and stored in our club management account. DojoExpert
- Google Ads helps us measure how well our adverts work, for example when someone starts a trial booking. This only runs if you accept cookies. Google privacy policy
- WhatsApp (Meta) is used if you choose to message us, and we may use it to confirm your trial. WhatsApp privacy policy

7. Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Maps, our Google Business Profile and British Taekwondo. Once you leave our site, those websites' own privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
8. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies:
- If you accept, Google Ads may set cookies to measure the results of our advertising.
- If you decline, advertising cookies are not set. Google may still receive basic, cookieless signals without identifiers, as part of Google Consent Mode.
We store your choice in your browser so we don't ask again on every page. Embedded Google Maps and Instagram content may set their own cookies when it loads. You can change your choice at any time using the link at the bottom of every page, or clear cookies in your browser settings.
9. How long we keep information
We keep trial enquiry details for up to 12 months if you don't join. For members, we keep records for as long as you train with us and for a reasonable period afterwards for safeguarding, insurance and legal reasons. We then delete or anonymise them.
10. Keeping your information secure
We use reputable providers with appropriate security, limit access to the people who need it to run the club, and take care when sharing information by phone or message.
11. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal information, including asking for a copy of it, having it corrected or deleted, and withdrawing consent. Some rights only apply in certain situations. To make a request, email info@londontkdpanthers.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
